Privacy Policy

The Secretariat for the International Symposium on Superconductivity (ISS-Secretariat), located within the Collaboration Promotion Office of the Department of Energy and Environment, AIST, will acquire, use, and manage personal information in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Acquisition of personal information and purpose of use
The ISS-Secretariat will obtain personal information (name, address, affiliation, telephone number, email address, etc.) of the participants for the International Symposium on Superconductivity(ISS). The ISS-secretariat will use the personal information you provide for the purpose of smoothly proceeding with the preparation and operation of the symposium, such as visa application procedures, payment of honorariums, peer review of Abstract/Proceedings, and sending symposium invitations.

Restrictions on use and provision
The ISS2023 Secretariat will not use the acquired personal information for any purpose other than the above. Our office will not provide personal information to third parties except in accordance with laws and regulations regarding personal information protection.

In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of the acquired personal information, the ISS2023 Secretariat will take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information.
