Oral Presentation
Instructions for Oral Presentation
The official language of the symposium is English. An LCD projector will be available in each presentation room.
A PC for Presenters is prepared at Room A, B, C, and D. Please post the oral presentation to the ISS 2023 conference presentations one drive folder { ISS 2023 conference presentations }. Please label your file with your presentation with the ID & presenter name (ie. ED-X-X_name). Your uploaded presentation can be checked in the preparation room (level 1, Takina) prior to your presentation.
Although it is possible to present by plugging in your PC at your presentation Room, the risk of malfunctions cannot be eliminated.
Also, it is possible to present on your own PC without using OneDrive. Please be sure to check in advance at the Presentation Preparation Room to make sure that the PC you bring with you will be able to present. In this case, we will not provide any relief if the time is shortened due to a malfunction. If a problem occurs, your presentation time cannot be extended. We do not offer any extensions. Please be aware in advance that there is a risk that your presentation time will be shortened.

Poster Presentation
Instructions for Poster Presentation
The available space is 120 cm wide.
A0 Portrait Poster is recommended.
Please mount your material on the board that your presentation ID is posted on. All the material should be described in English. Captions are required for all figures, photographs and tables. Thumbtacks will be available from the symposium secretariat.
All posters must be attached to the designated panels by the session start time. A banquet will be held after the poster session. If you wish to participate in the banquet, please proceed directly to the banquet venue without removing the poster panel. Please remove posters by the morning of the next day (30th). Please note that posters that are not removed by the evening of the 30th will be disposed of.
